RETURN POLICY
We want you to absolutely love your LAURO swimwear! However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we’re here to help.
Returns:
We happily accept returns on all full-priced items for store credit. All returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for store credit, your item(s) must meet the following requirements:
- Item(s) must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags attached and hygiene seal intact.
- We will not accept returns if the item(s) have been worn, washed, or altered.
- Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges, including any items purchased with a discount code.
For sanitary reasons, please try on swimwear over underwear.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not offer free returns.
Return Process:
To return your item(s) please contact hello@lauroswim.com and include the following information:
- Full Name
- Order Number
- The Item you wish to return
- Reason for Return (change of mind, wrong size, faulty etc)
All returns are thoroughly inspected before being processed. You will receive a confirmation email once this process has been completed, so please allow up to 2 business days after the item has been received, for this to be completed.
International Returns
Customs duties or taxes on returned products will also be the responsibility of the customer. Please check your local customs policies for further details.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or style, please follow the same process as the return. If the item you want is in stock, we will send you the exchanged item once we have received the returned product. You will be responsible for any additional shipping fees associated with the exchange.
Faulty Items
If you receive a faulty item, please email hello@lauroswim.com with your full name, order number and images of the faulty item(s). We will do our best to resolve these orders within 2 business days.
Please note that any damaged that occurs due to wear and tear, or failure to use as per the care instructions will not be considered faulty and therefore will not be eligible for an exchange, refund or store credit.
